So it has to be openly said this was one of the best events the country had seen in a long time. The most important part was the amount of effort people put in the make it to the show.The recession was winning the battle and probably still is in many minds when it comes to cars. Things were looking very gloomy but I have to admit, heatwave and then Japfest brought a very positive vibe back into the scene.
Everyone knows just how boring motorways can be when your trying to get from A to B, its the same thing over and over with no real entertainment. This JZX100 taxi yeah that’s right, a Toyota Chaser JZX100 was cruising just up ahead but something looked a small bit out of place so we decided to catch up and really couldn’t believe what we were seeing!

I hate to open a post with a picture of rain, but I guess that’s just apart of our culture in Ireland, rain creeps into pretty much any interest or outdoor social event. Its always bound to creep up on you when you least expect it or want it. We decided to make the trip up to Tullow, a place where many of you know by now you can pay to drag race to your hearts content all day till you run out of fuel or maybe something else. We ended up missing Prodrift and Enniskillen due to some unforeseen circumstances, but that’s what happens.
Damn this 82 is nice, loving the mix matched wheel combo with beefy looking XR4’s up front, clean grill and splitter.

Check this Skunk 2 video on EK owner Loreto Garcia. This is such a good example of a function meets fashion EK. The car has all the shiny parts to look good and still manages to have enough go to put down an 11 second quarter mile. From the wire tuck to the immaculate TE37’s in smoked chrome. It even sitting perfect… Damn you America and your amazing Honda’s.
